HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work. Your order is carefully checked, packaged and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship internationally to most countries. Because we source and ship our products globally to keep costs low and quality high, delivery takes a little longer than local retailers — but we think your pet is worth the wait!

These are estimates based on average delivery times. Most orders arrive sooner! During busy periods like Black Friday or Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer — we always recommend ordering ahead during the holidays.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. It can take 2–5 days after dispatch for tracking to show updates in the carrier's system — this is completely normal.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE?

Occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance, high shipping volumes, or carrier situations outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, reach out to us — we'll make it right immediately.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we've got you covered. Contact us at pawstoresupport@gmail.com and we will send a full replacement or issue a complete refund — whichever you prefer.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is in processing, we're unable to make changes. PawStore cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
